I finally slept through to my alarm
I seriously thought my body had forgotten how to sleep during the day. I usually wake up after four hours, completely awake and already worrying about my next shift. I opened my eyes and saw nothing

I'm sleeping SO much better! My bedroom is bright during the day, but once this is on it is completely pitch black. The eye cups are deep, nothing presses on my eyes, and it stays put without feeling tight. It’s soft, comfortable and feels really well made. Love it!!
